Qrocco.net only collects the data necessary to operate the platform, ensure security, and provide its features. We want to be transparent about what data is processed and how it is used.
Privacy, transparency, and trust are more important to us than collecting as much data as possible.
Tracking & Statistics
- All tracking data is processed exclusively by Qrocco.net.
- We do not use any third-party tracking or analytics services.
- We do not use tracking cookies or store persistent visitor identifiers.
- To estimate the number of unique visitors and visits, we generate cryptographically derived identifiers from technical access data. These identifiers are regenerated daily and do not allow visitors to be recognized across multiple days.
- A visit includes multiple page views as long as there is no more than 30 minutes of inactivity between them.
- All statistics are generated from our own Qrocco events.
- Destination URLs remain clearly visible and are not replaced with internal redirect links.
- All tracking takes place on our own server, without external analytics services.
How accurate are the statistics?
Because we deliberately avoid tracking cookies, persistent identification, and tracking individual visitors over time, we cannot determine the exact number of unique visitors and visits with absolute accuracy. The statistics displayed are therefore estimates.
What data is collected when someone visits?
To provide statistics for Qroccos, we process technical information about page views and clicks. This includes, for example, the time of access, the Qrocco visited, the content clicked, the source of the visit, and technical details about the browser, operating system, and device.
The IP address is processed temporarily to determine an approximate geographic location and help estimate the number of unique visitors.
A cryptographic method is used to generate a daily changing identifier based on the IP address and browser information. We do not store the full IP address.
Visitor identifiers are regenerated daily. These identifiers cannot be used to recognize individual visitors across multiple days.
No hidden redirects
When a Qrocco links to Instagram, a website, or another external service, the link takes visitors directly to its destination. Qrocco.net does not insert hidden redirect URLs to collect additional data about clicks.
Your Qroccos and content
The content you add to your Qroccos remains under your control. You decide which information and links you want to publish and whether your Qrocco is publicly accessible.
You can also choose whether your Qrocco appears in search results, lists, or directories on Qrocco.net.
